Frequently asked questions
How does the ordering process work?
As of right now, we only operate via pickup locations all throughout Southern California. When making your pint selection, you will choose your pick-up location. Upon checking out, you will receive an order confirmation and your pint will be ready for pick up in approximately one week. All updates on your order will be sent via email.
Once you arrive on the day/time of your pickup, you will receive your order in a thermal bag with ice packets allowing you to transport your pint back home (or wherever you plan to enjoy your dessert!) Happy eating!! 🍦
When will It be ready for pick-up
It will take approx. one week for us to ship out to designated pick-up locations. Please note that this is a drop and all pints are made to order!
Will the pints come packaged to transport?
Yes! We will provide a thermal bag with inserted ice packets allowing you to transport your pint safely and securely without it melting.
Can I pick up at a different time than the one I chose at checkout?
Yes! You’re welcome to come at any of the designated pickup windows.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Absolutely—just make sure they have your order details.
